Dear Partners and Friends,

It's not even December yet and the temperatures are dropping almost as fast as the ConEd bills are rising. I write this to you now after having walked among the frozen puddles of Hoboken's promenade on a weekend sandwiched neatly between Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Perhaps it's the chill in the air that bestowed Friday dealhunters with the holiday spirit, protecting fellow shoppers and preventing the headlines from previous shopping years. For that, we're grateful.

Each year, following Thanksgiving, we invite all of our contractors and friends to join us for a holiday meal. And while the holiday has come and gone, we still request everyone around the table tell us one thing for which they were thankful during the passing year. When it came to our turn, we didn't know where to start and when to stop. This year, era//404 was featured in GDUSA and gained online recognition for a number of pieces (including the site and book trailer for ROOM, by Emma Donoghue). Our water color Brooklyn Bridge was selected by Brooklyn Wine Company as their Sparkling White Wine label, and a number of our pieces for LDJ Productions helped to win pitches for L.A.M.B. (Gwen Stefanie's label), L'Oréal Paris, Victoria's Secret and Fashion's Night Out.

Our network continues to grow and, this year, celebrated a number of incredible personal accomplishments. Congratulations to Chris Citarella, Todd Greene, Katherine Burke, Chris Uhrich and Nick Musica on their marriages! Tony Muka and his wife had their first son, Evan Perry Muka, and Nick Musika and Matt Murphy are now representing era//404 on the left coast. This year included a lot of tuxedo rentals and airline miles and we're grateful to have shared these incredible milestones in the lives of the the growing era//404 family.

We've had the opportunity to collaborate with some amazing people and produce outstanding work. Thank you for your continued interest and we are very proud to share with you our accomplishments.
